This will be a very short post because Photobucket in their wisdom have changed the way they generate file names. It used to be a photo uploaded to them was named exactly like it was sent, for example:
-http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh84/TravellingStrom/RTW/Europe%20Leg/January%202013/Week%204/30th%20January/IMG_0002small.jpg
The last little bit is the important bit which is /IMG_002small.jpg the file name never changed, so for the next 10-200 photos were all the same, just the number changed /IMG_152small.jpg etc etc etc.
But, they have now, since Feb 1 added some other crap behind the file name and it changes for every bloody photo, impossible for me to write a post without taking ALL day. Here is an example of today’s photos:

You can see the last bit has changed to /IMG_0002small_zps871844dd.jpg They have added all that crap with ZPS after the word small and there is no way I am going to go to the website and copy and paste EVERY photo link to do a long post, The next photo in sequence is number 3 /IMG_0003small_zps05b4a6ca.jpg As you can see, it changes with a random series of letters and numbers.
Anyway, I have sent an email to Photobucket and decided no more posts will be coming out until that file naming system gets fixed. As it is, it takes a minimum of two hours to get one sorted out, if I use maps and other bits like movies etc, then it may be double or more. If you guys on my behalf want to help, then get them to change it back, their email address is pro@photobucket.com
I may try an upload some photos to WordPress itself as I have a lot of storage space there, but I really prefer to have all my photos in one place. I am going for a beer, then will think about it, it has been a waste of an afternoon 😦
